The QSPCP2-18S wide band circularly polarised cavity-backed spiral antenna is manufactured from aluminium and engineering composites. Its compact size, smooth radiation patterns and purity of circular polarisation make it an attractive candidate for many air-borne and precision ground-based applications. LHCP and RHCP versions available.
Model Number QSPCP2-18S
The small variation of phase centre makes this antennna an attractive candidate for feeds in reflector dishes. Our cavity backed spirals also feature the use of our proprietary innovative designed RAM and balun.
Features
-
Suitable for use in electronic surveillance, direction finding and reflector feeds requiring little phase centre variation with frequency
-
Gain -0.5 to 4.8 dBiC across the band
- Stable antenna patterns provide consistent and repeatable performance
-
Lightweight and Rugged construction enhance usability
- A test report including gain against frequency is provided with each antenna
