Q-par Angus regularly gets involved with helping the local community. For the last few years, we have provided a member of staff to mentor a team to run a company under the 'Young Enterprise' programme.
New 0.9 - 18 GHz Dual Polarised Horn Antennas Available
Q-par Angus is pleased to announce the availability of the new WBHDP0.9-18S, a Dual Polarised 0.9 - 18 GHz Horn Antenna from this week. This horn fulfils the increasing technical requirement for wide band dual polarised horns with good performance.
New Website Launch
Q-par Angus' new website will be officially launched on the 7th September. The new site uses a state-of-the-art Content Management System to enable company staff to add or edit new content, helping to keep the site more complete and up-to-date.
Paper Presented on 'A Lightweight, W-band Radar for Environmental Applications'
Q-par Angus Ltd have specifically designed a lightweight radar for environmental applications. Dr Duncan Wynn, Principal Scientist at Q-par Angus Ltd recently presented a paper entitled "A lightweight, ultra wideband, polarimetric W-band radar with high resolution for environmental applications" to the 3rd European Radar Conference held during the 36th European Microwave Conference (EuMW2006) organised by the European Microwave Association (EuMA) on 10-15 September 2006 at the GMEX Centre, Manchester, UK.

New Ultra HiRF EMC Horn Antenna Capability Announced
Q-par Angus was proud to officially launch it's new HiRF Antenna Capability, at the 2006 EMC UK exhibition. This new HiRF (High Intensity Radiated Field) achieves new levels of high field strength, in excess of 3 kV/m @ 1m, across the 0.4 - 18 GHz band.
New Range of Sinuous and Spiral Antennas Announced
Q-par Angus is pleased to announce a new range of printed antennas. The antennas operate over 0.4 - 4, 2 - 18 and 18 - 40 GHz bands, the sinuous antennas operate over 0.7 – 4 GHz, 2 – 18 GHz bands. The range includes Circularly Polarised, Linear and Dual Polarised antennas.
