Q-par Angus expects its staff to become multi-skilled, and in some cases staff have moved within the company to different occupations more suited to themselves.

Appreciation of the skills and needs in other departments encourages good teamwork with consequent effects on the work provided to the customer.

Staff are also encouraged to obtain qualifications and accreditation to professional bodies, for the benefit of both the individual and the company. Qualifications gained with company assistance have varied from short courses and NVQ's to PhD's and CEng's.
