Customer feedback is a key input that drives forward the Quality Policy and Quality Management System operating at Q-par Angus Ltd. Our Quality Policy conforms to the eight principles of Quality Management enshrined within the requirements of ISO9001/2000.

ISO 9001 Certificate Customer requirements are met with enabling and core processes that are fully accredited to the international standard ISO9001/2000.

In-built to the processes are reporting mechanisms that capture all key inputs. Reports are generated and acted upon to increase customer delight, and ensure continual improvement within the corporate environment.

Customers can expect from Q-par Angus Ltd.:
