How to order
If you can’t see what you need please contact our sales team by phone, fax or email or a suitable representative in your own country.
If you want to know if a product will suit your application please contact our technical team or representatives by phone, fax or email.
Once you’ve decided what you need, please contact the sales team to confirm price and delivery for a formal quotation. A quotation will then be issued.
If the quotation is acceptable to you, you will need to issue an official purchase order to us confirming product, quantity, price and delivery as quoted, along with delivery and invoicing information.
Payment
Prices are quoted in GBP (Sterling) but can be converted to US Dollars or Euros on request. No other currencies are currently accepted.
Payment can made by Cheque, Wire Transfer or Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) against a proforma invoice which is issued on receipt of order. Please note that credit card payments can only be taken in British Sterling.
Credit terms are only extended to known customers.
Please note that usually all our products are quoted 'ex works' and do not include any charges for freight. Your order will be checked against our quotation and acknowledged in writing when accepted.
