Applications of chaos theory, photoconductive materials, radar cross section (RCS) reduction and computational electromagnetics.

We have frequently been engaged in the analysis and design of unconventional systems, whose physical and engineering properties are insufficiently well understood to fall back on established engineering practices.

We have expertise in many areas of electromagnetic engineering. Past work has included,

  • The development of glint theories and detection probability models.
  • The analysis and development of models for the use of intrinsic silicon and its passivation for dynamic control of transmission and reflection coefficients.
  • The application of chaos theory to linear electromagnetic field theory and the study of ray dynamics in engine ducts.
  • Computational electromagnetics. We have written software and developed methods for the analysis of electromagnetic scattering at low and high frequencies, with applications ranging from stealth technology to antenna design.
